Things to Note

  • If this is your very first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork.

  • For best results, please arrive eye-makeup free — No mascara, eyeliner or eye shadow.

  • Please remove contact lenses or bring a lens case to store your lenses during your appointment.

  • Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries or medications affecting the eye area.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

  • A card on file is requested when booking an appointment. If you do not want your card on file, we will accept a 20% deposit and the remainder will due after the service has been provided.

  • We regret we cannot extend appointments due to tardiness and you will be responsible for the cost of the appointment. Please be considerate of those appointments following yours by arriving on time. Once you are 15 minutes tardy for your appointment, you are considered a no-show.

  • The time and date you select is especially reserved for you. We understand that life happens, but if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. For changes to your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service amount.

  • “No Call”/”No Show” appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the session unless treatment sessions have been previously purchased .e.g. gift certificate, voucher.

Cash, Check, Venmo and credit card are accepted methods of payment.

COVID-19 Procedures

For the safety of our clients and our stylists we have implemented new procedures during COVID-19:

  1. Stylists will wash their hands thoroughly before every appointment. 

  2. Stylists will sanitize their work stations, restroom, all touching surfaces (e.g., door handles, front door, etc) and any common area  (restrooms, front desk, etc) between visits.

  3. Stylists will be isolated in completely different rooms from each other.
