TALENT
Carefully selected for their technical skills and professionalism, Talent Stylists have successfully completed the Advanced Lash’d Out Training Program. While our Talent stylists are building their clientele with Lash’d Out, they are by no means new to lashes and have between one to five years of experience in the industry. Get on their books while you can. Every Master Stylist starts somewhere!
ELITE
These well-educated and experienced professionals typically have 5 or more years of experience. Our Elite Stylists have met requirements for specific, advanced lash techniques and have demonstrated their expertise and proficiency. Their commitment to ongoing education keeps them at the forefront of new techniques and trends.
MASTER
This is your Mr. Miyagi of lashes. Our highest level, Master Stylist, provides a service with exceptional skill and passion for continuing their education and mentoring others. With years of experience, extensive training, and many thousands of hours behind the chair, they are truly the best-of-the-best. Many of these professionals are active educators in our salons, as well as regional educators, bringing their expertise to lash stylists at every level in the industry.
